Craziest diet ever - Lost without hassle 5 to 9 kilos

Forget what you heard so far! Read the advice of a British fitness trainer how to bring your line to perfection for this summer.
1. Skip breakfast
With this advice doctors certainly would not agree, because breakfast is the most important meal. But this diet, as the fitness coach, you need six to eight weeks to skip breakfast and to move around while you're still eating because your body will also be forced to consume stored fat.
2. Bathe with cool water
Cold water every morning will make your body uses stored fat for heat and significantly speed up your metabolism for the next 12 to 15 hours. The water temperature should be between 15 and 20 degrees and deep to your navel when you sit in the tub. Suffice to 15 minutes.
3. Time for coffee
Once washed, it's time for coffee on an empty stomach.Caffeine acts quickly to the body burns fat when drinking on an empty stomach. Enough is a small cup of coffee, no sugar or milk.
4.Move
Ideally, active exercise, but if they do not have time every day walk at least half an hour.
5.Start to eat
Probably you have already heard from many diets that you eat less, but more often will speed up your metabolism and lose weight. But if you do not pause between meals, your body can not burn stored fat. It is best to have three meals a day, no snacks in between.
Ideally, the first meal to be during the lunch and the other two as you wish (eg in 16 and 20 h), with dinner should be at least two hours before going to sleep.
6. Reduce carbohydrate
Each meal should consist of 50% protein. Good sources of protein are chicken, juneshkoto, lamb, fish, eggs, plain yogurt , nuts ,fruits, lentils, etc..

You can eat as much vegetables as you want, except beets, carrots and potatoes, which are considered as carbohydrates.
Do not eat more than three fruits per day, and the best selection avocados, blueberries, grapefruit, pineapples, plums and strawberries. Drink plenty of water and green tea, besides coffee, avoid drinks with caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol.
