Colorful and healthy diet


If on your table are found throughout the day groceries in one color will eat much less. This way will quickly melt away excess pounds.

White Day
Breakfast - meal replacement shake made from milk with low fat and two bananas
Lunch - Cream amount of mushrooms, chicken fillet, integral bread.
Dinner - pasta without eggs with cheese.
Healthy tip +: you can eat limited amounts Indian nuts and bananas.
Yellow Day  
Breakfast - meal replacement shake from soy milk and melon.
Lunch - Cream of pumpkin soup, risotto with beef, red onion and a carrot.
Dinner - omelet with eggs and yellow peppers.
Healthy tip +: During the day you eat grapefruit.
Green Day
Breakfast - integral bread, prayer of tuna and a cup of green tea.
Lunch - vegetable soup and a slice of integral bread. In one liter of water put broccoli, garlic, celery and stalks of parsley. Nice mix salt and pepper paste.
Dinner - pasta without eggs with seafood sauce and lettuce.
Healthy tip +: During the day you eat grapefruit.
