The first six days are the main phase of the diet, and the next 4 days extra. This diet is an excellent source of vitamins, accelerate and regulate metabolism and broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables.
Day 1 and 2 : morning boiled broccoli without salt, 1-2 cups of black tea without sugar. Lunch: 150 g of boiled chicken, vegetable of choice 100g boiled broccoli. Dinner: 250 g boiled broccoli, 1-2 cups of black tea without sugar.
Day 3 and 4 : morning boiled broccoli with a little olive oil. Lunch: broccoli with tomatoes and onions, slice cooked soybeans 200 gr. Dinner: same menu as well as breakfast.
Day 5 and 6 : the morning broccoli salad with cream and 150 g of cooked beef. Lunch: 200 gr broccoli with cup of yogurt. Dinner: boiled beef 150 g and two cups of green tea.
Fringe last 4 days : morning bolied broccoli and two egg whites. Lunch: grilled fish 200 gr and 150 g broccoli with fresh parsley. Dinner 4 tablespoons of oat kernels with yogurt.
Dinner should not be later than 7 pm, and bedtime is recommended to drink 400 ml of green tea without sugar.
