Indoor surfing - the new fitness hit

For those who got bored of running track and handle other exercise comes a new fitness machine called RipSurfer X surfboard.

The indoor surf board RipSurfer X, invented by Mike Hartvik, manager of a fitness club in New York as a way to keep in shape since ceased to be professionally in volved with hockey.

It's like surfing on water explains the instructor Sarah Wen, adding that this way you can spend up to 1000 calories in 45 minutes as it takes hours.
Surfing on land improves balance, coordination and strengthens all the muscles of the body and has one more advantage there is no danger of shark attack.

Good news is that soon will appear house version of this product.
